COVID- 19 MEASURES SUMMER 2020

Our priority is the safety of your kids. We do our best to respect the Government and CNESST guidelines related to COVID-19.

Physical distancing

  • Preventative measures will be taken to promote a 2 meter physical distancing between the animator and the kids, and between the kids that are from different families (e.g. markings on the ground, cones, lines);

  • If tasks require being closer than 2 meters to a child, the animator will wear a mask;

  • Handshakes and high fives will be avoided;

  • The animators will animate activities in which physical distancing will be respected.

Respiratory Etiquette

  • Every animator will have a prevention kit that will contain a mask, gloves, disinfectant gel, facial tissues, a plastic bag and disinfectant wipes;

  • The animators will cover their mouth and nose with a facial tissue or their inner elbow when they cough or sneeze; 

  • The animators will use disposable facial tissues;

  • The animators will immediately throw used facial tissues in their plastic bag;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands frequently with their personal disinfectant gel;

  • The animators will avoid touching their mouth and eyes with their hands.

Maintaining Hygiene Measures with Equipment

  • The animators will disinfect the collective equipment regularly or immediately after someone uses it with disinfectant wipes (example : the cones, the hoops, the jump ropes);

  • The animators will only use equipment that is easily  disinfected.

Hand Washing

  • The animators will disinfect their hands when they enter and when they exit the animation site;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands before and after touching their face (eyes, nose, mouth);

  • The animators will disinfect their hands after coughing, sneezing or blowing their nose;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands before and after eating a snack;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands after manipulating an object that is frequently touched;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands after cleaning the game equipment;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands before wearing personal protective equipment and after removing it;

  • The animators will disinfect their hands after helping a child.
