FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What age groups are you accepting?
A: Ages 5-13.
Q: Are your activities insured?
A: Yes! We are fully insured.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: That will be determined by each household/group. We can either cancel the session or take it inside while ensuring the necessary distance and mask wearing at all times. You will not be charged for cancelled rain days.
Q: What happens when the kids need to use the bathroom?
A: That will be determined by each household. We will discuss the “bathroom rules” during our registration phone call. Our animators will be aware and will ensure everyone is respecting the rules established with each household.
Q: Do I have to be home while the animator is in my backyard?
A: This will be determined with each group.
Q: Will the kids be allowed to swim in my pool during the session?
A: We will discuss the usage of the pool during our registration call! We can provide you with a lifeguard during pool time.
Q: What if my family doesn’t have a backyard?
A: It would be great for you to be able to team up with family or friends that have a backyard. If not we can meet in front of your home but run the activity in a nearby park so that the kids have access to a nearby bathroom
Q: What are the safety and hygiene measures that you are taking?
A: Our priority is the safety of our kids. We do our best to respect the Government and CNESST guidelines related to COVID-19. Our Summer 2021 measures will be available soon. Also, house rules will be discussed with each group during the registration call.
Q: Should I buy anything in preparation for the camp?
A: No, we provide all material and equipment for all activities.
Q: Can the group spend some time in a nearby park?
A: Yes!
