The Dose of Happy Approach
Camp, to us, is not just about keeping children busy during the summer.
It’s about creating an environment where they feel safe to explore, move, express themselves, and grow.
Our approach is built on small groups, purposeful play, limited capacity, a carefully trained team, and specialized programming led by professionals.
We choose quality over quantity and connection over convenience. By intentionally welcoming fewer children and designing our programs with care, we’re able to offer a camp experience that feels personal, balanced, and genuinely joyful!
Our approach, in practice

Small groups & Limited Capacity
We keep our groups small and intentionally welcome fewer children each week so camp never feels crowded or overwhelming.
This allows us to get to know each child, adapt activities to different needs, and offer more individual attention. The result is a calmer, more personal environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and included.
Camp should feel like a place to belong - not a crowd to blend into.
Purposeful Play
Play is powerful when it’s intentional.
Our activities are designed to do more than keep kids busy. Through thoughtfully planned games and experiences, children are invited to express themselves, try new things, and grow — all while having fun.
Fun is essential, but intention is what makes it meaningful.

Specialized programs led by professionals
Many of our programs are created and led in collaboration with professionals in their fields — dancers, artists, athletes, musicians, and educators who bring real expertise and a genuine passion for working with children.
This means children are learning from people who are trained, experienced, and deeply invested in what they teach — while still keeping everything playful, age-appropriate, and fun.
We choose quality over quantity, and meaningful experiences over filling time.
An intentionally selected team
Our team is the heart of everything we do.
We take great care in selecting and training our staff, not just to be great animators, but to be attentive, responsible, and supportive role models. We invest time and resources into training, guidance, and ongoing support so our team feels confident, prepared, and cared for.
Because when staff feel supported, children feel it too.
